It boasts of being one of the smallest mass-produced mech mods available on the market in 2021.

Designed by BP Mods and manufactured by Dovpo, the BUSHIDO Mech Squonk is an undeniably beautiful product, but how does it perform? Keep reading to find out.

BP Mods is a relatively new DIY vape company that was founded by the co-founder of BP Vapes and Dovpo.

First established in 2020, they’ve so far focused on releasing rebuildable tanks, mods, and custom-made coils.

This includes the Pioneer RTA, which all the popular vaping personalities on YouTube have been raving about!

The BP Mods x Dovpo BUSHIDO Mech Squonk Mod measures 74mm by 44mm by 23.6mm and also weighs just 188 grams ( with a tank, full bottle, and battery installed ).

It can accommodate atomizers up to 22mm and is perfectly matched with the brand-new BUSHIDO V3 BF RDA.

The entire device is CNC milled from premium aluminum alloy.

It feels pretty good in hand considering the boxy shape, but it could really benefit from some more contours.

The BP Mods x Dovpo BUSHIDO Mech Squonk Mod is powered by a single external 18650 battery.

Both side plates are easily removable to access both battery pins and a 4.8ml squonk bottle.

It also boasts a mechanical lock button.

All you have to do is rotate the flat head screw on the outside of the mod 90 degrees.

A small gripe I had with this safety feature was its appearance and practicability.

I would have liked something a bit more aesthetic and useable; without additional tools.

The BP Mods x Dovpo BUSHIDO Mech Squonk Mod can be easily filled via the cap on the underside of the device.

No need to take your Squonk bottle out, just unscrew and squeeze your e-liquid in.

You do though have to be careful about any excess e-liquid that may be still in your atomizer when tipping it upside down.

It does though make the whole filling process a bit more convenient and less messy.
